🌟 ABOUT ME — And Why I Created This Space
Hi, I’m Fabiola — though most people just call me Fabs. I’m so glad you’re here. I created Live a Bucket List Life because I know exactly what it feels like to be stuck, overwhelmed, or living on autopilot… and also what it feels like to break free and rebuild a life that feels meaningful, colourful, and truly yours. I’m someone who has lived through challenge, hardship, loss, and moments where I wasn’t sure who I was anymore. But the great outdoors — adventure, nature, movement, courage, curiosity — brought me back to myself. Little by little. Step by step. Adventure by adventure. Those experiences became my lifeline, my reset, and eventually… my identity. I’ve climbed to Machu Picchu, stood in front of the Pyramids of Giza, trekked to Mt Everest, dived the Great Barrier Reef, watched the sun set over Uluru, dived with great white sharks, flown a plane, learned to sail, walked the Great Wall of China, and sat in awe on safari in Africa. But none of those things “fixed” me. What healed me was the journey to become the person who said yes to those things. The curiosity. The courage. The tiny decisions. The identity shift. The way adventure reminded me I was alive. And that’s what the course I have developed is built around. 🌿 Why This Course Works I’ve blended psychology, adventure principles, and identity-based habit change to help you rewrite your patterns, break autopilot, and reprogram the parts of your mind that keep you small.
