- Every journey starts at Day 0 — this is your foundation.
- Begin by introducing yourself in Day 0 (not here, this is just your atlas), learning key networking techniques, and taking your first real step toward leveling up. 🚀 (There is no video for day 0 - only 2 tasks)

- These are insights I’ve gathered from over 10 years of working as a top global Human Resource consultant, designing recruitment and HR systems for multiple Fortune 500 companies across industries —including systems built on Workday ERP, one of the world’s leading enterprise HR platforms. 🌍. - You need to watch videos and finish each task before going to next day, otherwise it won’t work!
- Find our live calls in calendar above (or link here) and add it to your google calendar not to forget! It is currently once a week, set at 7 pm LA time and 11 pm Toronto time Thursdays, to make sure everyone who works during the day, can attend.
- You do not need Zoom or any fancy app ! we have a built-in feature in skool for it. Just allow Mic and video permission when asked!

- Every day, you’ll see a new classroom unlocks for you.
- Your job is to complete the task & post your proof in the comments based on instructions in the class.
👉 Example: Rewrite your LinkedIn headline based on what was discussed in the class→ post a screenshot and a link.
Our moderators and coaches will look for your answers and correct you.

- Post your Job related questions in “IT Job Challenge” under related comments, your general Job questions under Q&A, or “social room” and if you decided to join the fitness challenge simultaneously you can post and comment in “Fitness Win!” and “Food Pictures”

✅ Your First 7 Steps
- Go to Day 0: Introduction & Deep Networking → read the task. This is where you introduce yourself, provide your linkedin and get to know others.
- Introduce yourself in the comments (Very Relax and Intimate) : Name, Role, LinkedIn profile, and 3 other wins, goals and obstacles.
- Reply to at least 5 other members — because collaboration is how you’ll grow fastest and rise to level 2.
- Wait 24 hrs from the moment you joined, until your Day 1 video unlocks. Do tasks, write comments and move to next. level.
- make plans to attend the weekly live calls from the calendar!
- Learn about other members in the Members section
- Learn about your points , level and active members in the Leaderboard (You get 1 point when somebody likes your comments or posts , leaderboard top performers get special attention)
