Hi everyone, I have a realtor client who’s looking to migrate to a new ticketing system. They’ve explored options like Zendesk, Intercom, and Bird. The main goal is to have a chatbot that can assist with scheduling property viewings, allowing customers to cancel or reschedule appointments easily. We’re considering proposing a solution with Voiceflow + Voiceglow to manage conversations, with AI integration to connect to Airtable, checking the database of meetings and suggesting optimal time slots for clients.
Where I need some advice is in explaining why they should go with Voiceflow + Voiceglow instead of just sticking with Intercom alone. I believe Voiceflow and Intercom can complement each other well. Is anyone currently working on projects with Intercom or Zendesk who can share some insights?
