Workflow runs but does not call!

I have imported a voice ai cold caller and worked through it. initially did not run as I had a google sheets problem with trying to ring UK numbers from a UK mobile (via Twilio enabled for UK). ie the +44 triggering a formula and '+ and other fixes just did not work. From make.com added phone parse a phone number GB. Great and now workflow works and runs but it does not call my personal number (which I put in as a test.). Tested the phone number on Vapi to ensure it works and dials me it did fine. Tested the phone id code correct. Everything I try fails anybody had this issue or got any ideas?
