Why does Vapi output a date & time in the past?
So (working my ass off 😁) to enable my voice agent to be able to both check for available times and book an appointment in my Google calendar, and I'm getting pretty close but...
When Vapi is making the tool call it some times sends a date and time in the past.
For example, I'm requesting an appointment at 2 pm on Thursday (2024-07-19) but Vapi sends a request for the time 2023-10-05T14:00:00.000000+02:00 in other words October last year 😂
Does anyone have any experience with this and know what to do? 🤔
PS. I've tried these 3 descriptions for the property: startTime
- Start time of the slot you want to book. The date and time must be formatted like this example: 2024-04-18T12:00:00.000000+02:00
2. Start time of the slot you want to book. The date and time must be formatted like this example: YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss.ssss+02:00
3. Start time of the slot you want to book. The date and time must be formatted like this example: YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss.sssZ+02:00
