What’s the most reliable LLM for Voice AI

Hi 👋 , what is the best LLM to use or low latency, understanding natural language (English) and accuracy, in conversational AI putting aside cost for the moment.

I have a live demo coming up and want to reduce as much risk of the AI making a mistake.

I am currently having inconsistencies, one day the Voice agent works perfectly, the next day 25% of calls do not complete tasks successfully. And no changes have been made.
