What Is A Fair Price?

Hey I recently got into Retell AI and build a decent agent for a barbershop that can book appointments in a natural way. It also can answer questions through the website.

I feel like it is production ready and I just want to start selling it to local businesses around my city. But I was wondering what I can price it at. Some people say 1800 dollars startup fee and then 400 dollars monthly fee. But I find it just too much especially for someone like me who is a beginner.

So as a beginner how much can I ask to a local barber shop. I was thinking maybe 399 dollars a month and free setup fee
