Hope you’re all doing great!

I’ve been working on integrating a Voiceflow chatbot (basically a chatbot that captures leads from social media), but I’ve noticed the setup process isn’t super smooth or user-friendly for clients.

Here’s an idea I’m considering:

👉 Instead of overcomplicating the integration, I can provide clients with a prototype link of the chatbot.👉 Then, I’d ask them to set up a ManyChat account.

👉 Whenever someone comments, sends a DM (with specific keywords, or even during a conversation), the client can simply share the chatbot link.

👉 That way, customers can interact with the chatbot directly, making the whole process easier for both the client and me.

What do you guys think? Do you see any pros/cons I might be missing? Your feedback would be super valuable 🙌
