Voiceglow/Tixae Agents Whatsapp Deployment Issue

I've subscribed to the paid plan of voiceglow/tizae agents and connected my voiceflow agent to it, I then connected it to a whatsapp channel as seen in the screenshot. Added the voiceglow webhook, and verification token to meta app, and added a phone number. The issue is, when I send a message to the phone number via whatsapp I don't receive a message back from the AI Chatbot deployed on it. What could be the issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
