voiceglow or flowbridge

I really like voiceglow for the yt videos and the customization, but I notice that flowbridge is much more solid in terms of connections with whatsapp, etc.

What do you recommend to use?

In my case I need to create a chatbot for web and another for whatsapp, and with voiceglow agency panel is very comfortable, but if someone can give me his point of view of flowbridge
