Voiceglow issue for Whatsapp integration on Voiceflow AI assistant

Hi everyone,

I am facing an issue while trying to integrate whatsapp on Voiceflow via Voiceglow.

I successfully achieved the following step, provided in Connect Voiceflow to Whatsapp + Dashboard for all the conversations! (youtube.com):

create a test gmail
create a new Facebook profile
Create a FB Business Account
log in developers.facebook.com in order to configure the whatsapp API SETUP
go to voiceglow and try to connect my AI assistant to whatsapp
I am not able to test my solution by using the test number (see the image attached)

Furthermore, this is a simple tutorial which does not explain how to integrate whatsapp services within the AI assistance in case of a published solution, meaning how should it work on a real case scenario.

Is there anyone who has already dealt with this problem? how can I integrate whatsapp on voiceglow?
