Voiceflow alternative hosted in the EU?

Hi all,

I have an agency that is focused on the German healthcare niche and my first two clients are dentists.

A good friend of mine is a lawyer specialized on EU Data regulation laws and he has advised me to shift to a EU hosted provider due to current and future data privacy regulation.

Most will say now that voiceflow is GDPR compliant - from his point of view, it doesn't matter, and especially not when you handle potential sensitive personalized healthcare data.

So, has anyone of you tried a different chatbot provider in the EU, or has even hosted one on a server of his own?

I was also considering using open source platforms like flowise and host it myself, but I do not have a technical background which would make it potentially a bit tricky.
