Using Twilio phone numbers for clients

I’m new to AI voice space and there are couple things that I need help with.

When you set up AI receptionist for a company, you need a phone number which can be purchased from Twilio. But when you purchase phone number Twilio requires you to submit evidence on how the leads are collected from your website etc. Do we need to purchase new number and run the verification process for each client individually every time? It can take from 3 days to weeks sometimes and it complicates and delays the process.

Is this required for toll-free numbers only or for any number? Can I buy multiple phone numbers from Twilio by providing them evidence how I collect leads data on my website and then use these phone numbers for my clients?

What if I only need to use the number for inbound calls and no text messages, will it still require verification?

Maybe there is an alternative service to Twilio that doesnt have these strict regulations?
