Using Retell
Hello everyone,
I just completed my first demo of a voice agent! I have set up a prompt and phone number, integrated an LLM 4.0, connected my calendar, and successfully sent appointment confirmations to callers.
Now, I want to add functionality for cancellations and rescheduling. What steps do I need to take to implement this?
