Here's the reality:
You can have the best cold email script in the world...
But if you're targeting businesses that don't feel an urgent problem, you'll struggle.
Before choosing a niche, I look for:
✅ High-ticket services
✅ Frequent incoming leads/calls
✅ Clear ROI from automation
✅ Businesses already spending on growth
That's one reason niches like HVAC, roofing, plumbing, and dental practices often get recommended.
