Unexpected Charges Issue

Hi Guys,

I’m encountering an issue with my Vapi.ai account where each of my organizations was automatically charged $100 worth of credits without any purchases being made from my side.

I’ve already reached out to the support team but was informed that it could take up to 72 working hours for a response.As my campaigns are currently on hold because of this, I'm Hoping I can Get Any Help As My Client's Campaign has been turned off due to inactivity.

Any help or guidance would mean a lot to me as this situation is impacting my operations.
