I realized that the hardest part of outreach is just staying consistent. So, I built a small system to help.
The simple breakdown:
- The List: I keep all my leads in a basic sheet with columns for "Messaged" and "Follow up".
- The Action: Make.com checks the sheet and sends a personalized Gmail if the status is empty.
- The Record: It writes back to the sheet the second an email goes out.
It’s nothing fancy, but it ensures no one gets left behind in the inbox.
