Seeking Business Automation for Small Business.

Hey there,

I’m looking for someone who can help with business automation for a small business.

I run 3 record labels - it’s basically a one-woman operation, and I’ve just brought on one assistant (very new).

I’d love to automate a few workflows, but I don’t know enough to set it up myself, and I’m not even sure what can realistically be automated vs what can’t.

I’m looking for a service or freelancer who can:

review my current workflows and tools
tell me what can be automated (and what shouldn’t be)
actually build/implement the automations
optionally brainstorm automation ideas for business growth and social media growth too

Budget is limited since it’s a small business, but I’m open to suggestions and happy to hear what you offer.
