Seeking AI Prompting Help

Does anyone have advice? I've been trying to create a GHL voice AI agent prompt that will allow the agent to book appointments and answer basic questions about a small business. I want the agent to be able to recognize when an existing customer is calling, so it doesn't make them provide all their contact information again. No matter how I change the prompt, I seem to either make the prompt too constrained or not constrained enough, which causes the agent to behave incorrectly. Is there a library with prompts I can use that get me most of the way there, so the agent will not be skipping over important steps, etc.? Does someone here have experience with prompting, and are you willing to provide some guidance? I would much appreciate it. Thanks.
