Retell AI Conversational Flow vs Multi-Prompt Agent
Hey everyone! 👋 Just wondering if Conversational Flow or Multi-Prompt agents are the way to go in Retell AI. Use case would be an AI receptionist that books appointments, reschedules/cancels, answers questions, etc. What do you think?
