After building AI voice agents for a while, a question that I often got asked is "How do I get the voice agent to do what it's supposed to—and do it consistently?". I think a lot of that comes from crafting a solid system prompt, that’s why in this video I will break down some techniques that I have found effective when building voice agents, along with some real-life examples.
