Phone Numbers error

I need some help with my voice agent. I’m not sure if this issue occurs with other languages, but it doesn’t correctly understand phone numbers when they are spoken over the phone. Has anyone found a solution for this?

I was thinking that maybe the customer could just type the number on their mobile device and have the AI read it. Does anyone know how this can be done, or is there another solution?
