Partner for AI voice bot development needed

Hi, I am looking for a partner to build a voice bot for outbound calls for real estate agency in GCC. The goal is to answer the inquiries immediately, provide relevant info and book and appointment. System will be connected to CRM which has data about all 1800 properties, connected with WhatsApp to send details about properties and reminders. Finally, the system must work in English and Arabic.
