Hello Community.
I am looking to create a Voice agent in Retell (previously in Vapi). I am looking for assistance with the following:
Twilio (phone & SMS) > Retell > n8n (self hosted) > Google Sheets
Requirements:
– HIPAA compliant (all steps, automations, storing, transmitting, etc.)
– Google Cloud (n8n self-hosted)
– SMS Texting confirmations (Twilio)
– Text the caller if the call is dropped or caller hangs up
Simple healthcare AI receptionist agent:
A. Calls phone number (Twilio)
B. Choose Language (English or Spanish), ability to switch language throughout call
C. 4 or 5 options to choose from
1) 3 or 4 options that simply forwards the call to another phone number
2) 1 option that collects information (name, phone, birthdate, available times, etc.)
D. Store data in Google Sheets
E. Sends a confirmation for C2 above
F. Text the caller if the call is dropped or caller hangs up (based on Caller ID)
If you're interested in a small project, please let me know your availability. I'm looking for a quick turnaround. English and Spanish languages preferred.
