The Voice agent tasks can be summarized as High Value Task and low value tasks
Low value tasks can be done using knowledge base and the main prompt given to retell which is mostly info based.
But coming to high value tasks, apart from
- booking, reschedule, cancel, finding slots
- Call analytics already given by retell
What are all other other functions that are good to have for production ready demo ?
