My client has tried multiple times to invite me to their Retail AI workspace (VoiceAgent). We have attempted the following:
- Tried multiple email addresses
- Cleared cookies and cache
- Used incognito mode
- Tried on another device (laptop instead of PC)
- Created a second workspace and sent an invitation there
In all cases, I am unable to accept the invitation or access the account. Could someone please assist me in resolving this issue? Thank you in advance!
