Hi everyone, I’m new to workflow automations and currently working on building my portfolio.
I’m planning to create a case study focused on solving problems in client onboarding.
Here are the goals I want to achieve:
✅ Streamline and automate client onboarding
✅ Reduce manual follow-ups and errors
✅ Improve client experience and retention
✅ Scale operations without hiring more ops staff
And these are the current challenges:
❌ Too many tools (forms, emails, sheets) scattered across systems
❌ Delays between form submissions and team action
❌ Inconsistent follow-ups that lead to lost revenue
❌ Hard to train new team members on the process
I’m thinking of building an n8n workflow with this basic structure:
Form trigger → AI node to generate the email message → AI input parser → Gmail sender
However, I’m not sure how to take this workflow to the next level and make it more robust, scalable, or professional.
Could anyone share ideas, tips, or examples of how you would design this? I’d love to learn how you would approach building a more advanced or polished version of this workflow.
Thanks a lot in advance!
