Need help regarding my FB Group

Hey everyone,

I'm looking for some advice on monetizing a Facebook group I manage. It's called "USA Local Business Owners" and has grown to 44k members. I've attached a screenshot below.

A bit about me: I run Click Thrive Media, a digital marketing agency specializing in website development, SEO, Google My Business optimization, and social media management for small businesses.

I'm considering a few options:

Monetize the group through a verified service provider program
Use it to generate leads for my agency services
Potentially sell the group outright to someone who sees its value

For those who have experience with large FB groups- what's worked best for you? Is there untapped potential I'm missing? And if selling makes sense, what would you consider a fair valuation for a group of this size and composition?
