I wanted to share what I’ve been building lately and also ask for some guidance from anyone who’s gone down this path.
I’ve been working with ElevenLabs to create a voice AI agent for my company. I’ve structured a full knowledge base with our company information so the agent can:
• Answer general questions• Handle basic quotes• Explain package deals• Route higher-ticket services directly to me by transferring the call
So far, the English-speaking agent is coming together nicely.
Where I’m stuck and need help:
1. Spanish-speaking AI agent.
I want to build a Spanish version of the same agent that can do everything the English one does — quotes, packages, call transfers, etc. What’s the best approach here?
- Separate agent with a Spanish knowledge base?
- One agent that detects language?
- Any best practices for Spanish voice + prompt accuracy?
2. After each call, I want the system to automatically send me an email summary of the conversation so I can follow up later.
- Call summary
- Customer name (if collected)
- Service requested
- Any intent or notes
What’s the cleanest way to set this up?
3. Eventually, I want the agent to book appointments directly into Square.
- Has anyone integrated AI voice agents with Square bookings?
- Any gotchas I should know about?
4. Can all of this realistically be done inside ElevenLabs, or is this where tools like n8n / Zapier / webhooks become necessary?
