Multilingual chatbots

Hi everyone! I’m a 19-year-old student from Malaysia, currently working on building a customer service chatbot as my entry point into AI automation. Since Malaysia is a multilingual country (Malay, English, and Chinese), I’m exploring ways to make the chatbot accessible across different languages.

I’d love to hear from anyone who’s worked on multilingual chatbot projects — especially any tools, platforms, or best practices that made things easier or more effective. Any advice or resources would mean a lot. Thanks in advance!
