Key Responsibilities:
Develop a voice agent capable of collecting essential customer information, including email, phone number, first name, last name, and specific requests.
Build tools to integrate the voice agent with our current CRM system, enabling real-time access and retrieval of client information.
Create functionality to automatically generate and input customer request notifications into a ticketing system for streamlined handling.
Qualifications:
