issues when running book appointment function in retell

Axios Error: error code: ERR_BAD_REQUEST, error message: Request failed with status code 401 response status: 401 response data: ["Unauthorized."] It seems that it doesnt even trigger the webhook in the make.com automation. Does anybody have some simple solutions i might try?
