Intro post

Hello community - JD from the SF Bay Area, been building sales teams for over 20 years, and I'm ready for the AI/Agentic revolution. I've joined for 3 main purposes:

How to scale a modern sales team -> whether that's from scratch or taking an existing team and determining what the future org chart looks like with both Agentic players and human players
How to make an existing team more productive and efficient - what are the most valuable unlocks
Many years ago, I started my career by building call centers and now I'm interested in the AI Voice agent world and navigating a path on helping companies adopt/adapt to this new world
