Internal AI Chatbot build

Hello!

Today I got this task from company, where they want to build an internal chatbot for their company where their data is stored in the cloud. And so now I'm little stuck, because I need to find the platform I'm going to build this. I searched and the best I found was microsoft copilot or azure.

So my question is are one of those the right platforms to build this, or is there any other better? And then ofcourse also would appreciate some extra info about building such chatbot (some tips, where to start, how to start, etc)
