Inbound audio quality
I'm having trouble with the inbound audio quality that my ai caller is receiving. My ai caller is in Norwegian, and i have a latency around 1300. But for some reason, every recording of a phone call i receive, the ai struggles with understanding the customer, and I have listened the the audio and I think its the reason why. Would really appreciate any suggestions. Thanks
