IMPORTANT QUESTION
In terms of AI receptionists for businesses (dental clinics, spas, real estate brokerages, lawyer offices, etc), why would a business owner choose to hire an AI receptionist if they are already paying an in-person receptionist that can pretty much do everything the AI receptionist can do + handle in-person interactions?
