How to Handle Multiple Bookings for Same Time Slot in Google Calendar with AI Voice Agent

How do I build an AI voice agent for a barbershop with 5 barbers or a restaurant with 10 tables using Google Calendar if Google Calendar only allows one booking per time slot per calendar?

For example, if a customer wants to book at 2:00 PM but there are still 2 barbers available at that time, how can the system allow the booking?

Also, what if a customer wants to book a specific barber? How can I make the AI check only that barber’s calendar?

Should I create separate Google Calendars for each barber or table? And how do I connect this setup with my AI voice agent so that it dynamically checks availability and assigns the right resource?
