I was getting few replies with offering a cold email engine - I thought it would work because my thought is "many agencies need clients?".. so I did that for months, but got maybe like 5 replies over months, and they weren't even that enthusiastic.

But I've been watching videos recently on Gemini 3 Pro, and was fascinated by the design, and started offering "Free website redesigns" to agencies .. and literally now they're a lot more excited, and replies are daily.

It's also scalable if you think about it. I made this tool where you just enter a client's website, and it spits out a gemini 3 pro quality design without any prompting, and that allows me to keep these free for clients, but you don't have to worry about them taking it and running, because usually they want revisions, and stuff, but this is a fast way to get your foot in the door.
