How do you price the AI Agents?
How does everyone charge for their AI Agents (chatbot and voice assistant)? Do you charge a setup fee then a monthly retainer? If so how much? Or do you charge by tokens used? I find that way to be way more complicating.
Then for the voice assistant, that one is even more complex to charge. Would each feature have different charges and would you charge flat monthly fee or charge by call hours? Would after hours be more expensive than work hours?
