We are seeking a technically skilled Project Manager to lead our AI automation initiatives and manage client-facing AI systems. This role is 100% remote work from home and combines operational oversight with hands-on technical implementation, requiring expertise in AI automation tools, workflow integration, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
AI Automation & Integration
Design, build, and maintain AI automations and workflow integrations using Make.com
Connect and configure APIs across multiple platforms to create seamless automated workflows
Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize existing automation workflows for performance
AI Voice & Conversational Systems
Develop and deploy AI voice agents and virtual assistants using platforms like Vapi, Retell, and ManyChat
Configure and optimize conversational AI and LLM-powered chatbots for various use cases
Automate inbound customer support, outbound sales processes, and appointment booking systems
Train and fine-tune AI models to improve conversation quality and customer experience
Client Management
Manage multiple client accounts and their AI sales systems
Serve as the primary point of contact for client technical requests and adjustments
Implement client-requested changes to existing AI systems promptly and accurately
Monitor system performance and proactively address issues before they impact clients
Provide regular reporting on system performance and optimization opportunities
Operational Excellence
Document workflows, processes, and system configurations
Maintain quality standards across all AI implementations
Stay current with emerging AI tools and automation technologies
Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to understand client needs
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in operations, automation, or technical project management
Proven hands-on experience with Make.com (formerly Integromat) or similar automation platforms (Zapier, n8n)
Experience implementing AI voice agents using platforms such as Vapi, Retell, or similar tools
Strong understanding of conversational AI, chatbots, and LLM applications
Experience with ManyChat or similar chatbot builders
Proficiency in API integration and troubleshooting
Excellent client management and communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Go High Level CRM systems and sales automation tools
Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM optimization
Background in customer support or sales operations
Understanding of webhooks, JSON, and basic programming concepts
