The project at hand is a Healthcare AI Chatbot that will serve the following purpose:

1. Handle customer support inquiries on behalf of the hospital.

2. Offer accurate medical advice based on patient symptoms and medical data provided to the AI.

3. Handle booking of doctor's appointments, based on doctor availability.

4. Implementation of a couple of custom functionalities to improve the customer experience of the hospital's patients.

We're looking for a developer with a ton of experience building chatbots on Voiceflow, as well as expertise in Make.com.The developer has to have expertise in one or two backend programming languages like python, this is for the implementation of any custom functionalities.The developer should have great expertise in prompt engineering as well as how to structure an AI Knowledge base very well to get the most out of it.
