I'm Nitish, 19, based in India (available fully remote, any timezone).

For the past several months I've been the ops and systems lead(basically the right hand of my founder) at an AI marketing agency. Here's what I've actually built and shipped for real clients:

Full GHL systems: pipelines, Conversation AI bots, SMS automations, Voice AI agents, A2P compliance
n8n automation workflows: lead handling, approval flows, social media scheduling
AI integrations: Claude API, Retell AI, ElevenLabs, HeyGen
Web apps: Supabase backends, GitHub Pages deployments, receipt processors, internal dashboards
Outbound systems: cold outreach pipelines, demo generation tools (built our own version of a personalized demo tool)

I work fast, I communicate clearly, and I don't need hand-holding. If you're an agency owner or founder who needs someone to just build things and handle ops while you focus on sales and clients -- that's exactly what I've been doing.

Open to part-time, full-time, or project-based. Compensation flexible. There's nothing that I CAN'T learn, even I don't know something, I'll make sure to learn and execute it ASAP.
