HELP WANTED: Voice AI Developer for Project

Hey guys, DM me if you know how to or have already built a Vapi AI assistant/Make.com scenario that does the following:

- Purpose: qualifying home seller and buyer leads from Google/YouTube ads

- Outbound calls leads from ads as soon as they submit their info; books appointments with them directly into the realtor's GHL calendar; if necessary, could transfer to the realtor's phone line

- Inbound Appointment Setter: would use a Vapi squad caller to act as an appointment setter (directly into GHL calendar) for the realtor; if necessary, could transfer to the realtor's phone line. If realtor is not available, two options: 1. Let the lead know and ask them to call back at a certain time 2. Tell them that the realtor will call them back soon (notify the realtor to do so if this happens)

- Utilized alongside GHL SMS/Email workflows (already finished myself), so it would automatically move the lead into a different level of the pipeline in GHL in order for the workflows to work.

- POSSIBLE: the realtor would have their own simple white-label CRM where they can see all of the calls and recordings (in addition to the GHL CRM I’m giving them).
