Guide for demo presentation
Hi everyone! Glad to finally be here. I’ve been working with automation and AI voice workflows for a while and I’ll be presenting a voice agent demo to a potential client this Monday. My background is in game development, but now I’m moving toward building AI automation services and starting to look for clients seriously.
This client runs aesthetic clinics and is interested in an inbound AI voice receptionist. I’d love some guidance from people with experience:
1️⃣ Is offering a 1-month free trial a smart move? Should the client just cover infrastructure costs while I provide the service free? How much expense I should estimate him?
2️⃣ For a voice agent that handles appointment booking, rescheduling, and cancellations, what’s a realistic delivery timeline I should commit to?
3️⃣ For the US market, does he need a Twilio number with A2P registration, or is a normal SIP number fine?
4️⃣ What’s a reasonable monthly retainer for an aesthetics clinic, especially considering this might be my first client?
5️⃣ If he also asks for a CRM recommendation, what would be a solid option to suggest?
6️⃣ Finally, what’s the best way to position myself confidently so he trusts that I can actually help him get more bookings? Any do’s and don’ts for the demo meeting would really help.
I might sound a bit anxious, but I’m honestly excited to learn, improve, and be part of this awesome community 😄🙌
