Google Maps Lead Capture Workflow
I built a fully free, API-based lead capture workflow in n8n that collects business details from Google Maps using form input, enriches each lead with contact info via the Places API, and scrapes emails directly from business websites. All API keys are stored securely via n8n credentials. The flow cleans, deduplicates, and exports leads to Google Sheets or your CRM.
Possible Enhancements:
- Automatically validate scraped emails for deliverability.
- Add CRM or email outreach integration for instant follow-up.
- Log errors and stats for easier monitoring.
- Schedule and rate-limit runs for compliance and scale.
- Use advanced scraping/parsing for tough sites.
