🎥 Inside This Week's Q&A: How to Actually Price Voice AI
Every week inside the AI Launchpad we run a live, themed Q&A. This week's was Voice AI pricing, and it's one of the most common things people get wrong when they start charging. Here's a taste of what we covered 👇 - Setup fees: we charge ~$6K to $12K per build, priced on complexity. Most beginners undercharge by 5-10x. - The retainer trap: a $500/mo retainer is money for nothing when things go fine, and a huge headache when they don't. There's a smarter tier structure that fixes this. - Setup fee vs retainer: when to lean on the upfront fee and hand over the IP, and when to hold out for the monthly. Get this wrong early and you get locked into industries you don't want. - Deposits before you build: why we never wireframe until a deposit is paid, and how the first call is really just about selling that deposit. - Hard APIs = opportunity: a painful integration is actually your chance to build a product, not just bill a client. In the full session we go deep on exact retainer pricing tiers, the 2-page contract setup we use, dashboards, the discovery process, and a Claude Code build breakdown, plus you can ask about YOUR specific deals live on the call. 👉 Join here: https://www.skool.com/brendans-ai-launchpad

I'm heading to Montenegro this July for this ✈️
This summer I'm joining a small group of founders together in Tivat, Montenegro. July 29 to 31. It's called Workless 2026. The best part is who's teaching. Liam Ottley, who started the whole AI agency thing. Nate Herk, who makes AI automation work with no code. Plus Jack Roberts, Lauren Tickner, Dave Ebbelaar, Mark Kashef, Jannis Moore, and more (they're all on the website). The idea's simple. Most of us still do work that AI could do for us. The follow-ups, the delivery, the support, all the stuff that eats your week. Three days here and you'll know how to hand it off and get your time back. It's small on purpose, and we pick who comes in. Once it's full, that's it. Get Tickets here: https://workless.ai/ P.S. Here's a 15% off discount code for being in the community: AIUEKDBG15

hey evryone i'm jallal
I'm from Morocco i just started my journey in the community ,i'm glad to be here I started learning AI automation about 3 months ago and I'm really enjoying the journey so far. I've been diving into Make.com, building out automation scenarios, My focus right now is exploring how automation can help small businesses — I've been practicing with use cases like appointment booking and reminders, mainly thinking about applying this to clinics and real estate agencies down the line. I don't have any clients yet, still very much in the learning and building phase. What brought me here is wanting to level up faster — learn from people more experienced than me, see how others structure their automations, and eventually figure out how to turn what I'm building into real client work. Excited to be part of this community, and open to any tips, resources, or feedback as I keep learning 🙏
