Error [400] Bad Request for Vapi

I'm following this video right now, and I'm at 13:00.

I followed all of the previous steps, but when I submit my information in the form, it says "RuntimeError

[400] Bad Request" in the Vapi app in Make.com.

I think it is a coding issue, so I've tried playing around with the code and removing some things but it hasn't worked.

Any idea on what I should do?
