Eleven Labs Phone Agents, should we pivot to it?

Personally, seeing the "transfer to agent" in Eleven Labs made me want to stop using Vapi...

and on top of that Eleven Labs is known for voice.

If you're starting your agency today, would you start with Eleven Labs instead of Vapi, etc.?
