Custom Projects

Wondering if anyone can help me. I’m looking for some advice, knowledge or experience on building an AI agent that is able to run and build custom reports based on a database, look at customer accounts and answer FAQ’s. Doing an account managers role essentially. Does anyone have any knowledge on this or have done this before if you have drop me a comment or a message 👍
