About Us
Crowdsnare / Rev-AI is building an AI-driven sales and follow-up platform designed to help automotive businesses convert more opportunities, reactivate dead leads, and improve customer engagement through intelligent automation.
The core technology is already built and ready to scale. We are currently preparing for major growth through strategic automotive partnerships, including opportunities connected to LAR — Leader Auto Resources — and Stellantis.
We are now looking for a senior technical leader who can help us move from a built product to a scalable, enterprise-ready system.
The Opportunity
This is not an entry-level developer role.
We are looking for a CTO-type operator who can step into an existing technology environment, understand what has already been built, improve the architecture, and help prepare the platform for large-scale deployment.

What You’ll Help Build
You will help lead the technical side of an AI platform built for sales automation, lead follow-up, customer reactivation, and operational scalability in the automotive space.
Your role may include:
• Reviewing and strengthening the current technical architecture
• Building systems that can support massive scaling
• Improving AI agent workflows and automation logic
• Helping create reliable deployment and support systems
• Designing scalable infrastructure for a growing client base
• Working with leadership to translate business needs into technical execution
• Helping determine what should be automated, systemized, delegated, or rebuilt
• Supporting the company’s transition from early-stage execution to scalable operations
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone with strong experience in:
• AI systems and automation
• SaaS platform architecture
• Agentic workflows or AI agent frameworks
• API integrations
• Cloud-based systems
• Scalable product infrastructure
• CRM / marketing automation environments
• Technical operations and system design
• Product thinking and execution
Experience with tools such as Claude, OpenAI, automation platforms, CRM systems, GoHighLevel, or similar ecosystems is valuable — but we are not simply looking for a basic tool operator. We need someone who can think architecturally, build systems, and help guide the technical future of the company.
